Description

You will support and maintain Salesforce applications through configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• Perform programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes for application releases.
• Solve moderately complex issues independently while escalating critical problems to senior staff.
• Maintain communication with users to address standard application support needs.
• Develop and recommend improvements to standard application support processes.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience performing daily configuration and maintenance tasks within Salesforce.
• Proven track record of resolving tickets and user issues related to Salesforce functionality.
• Experience in testing and deploying application updates and version releases.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to coding practices or scripting in Apex.
