Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, production-grade AI, cloud, and digital engineering solutions.
• Develop solution accelerators for Agentic AI, AI Factories, RAG, LLMOps, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and customer presentations; translate requirements into blueprints, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Drive technology evaluations, technical spikes, framework selection, and proof-of-concept development for LLM and orchestration approaches.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical proposals, effort estimates, and solution demonstrations; mentor engineering teams and promote architecture best practices.

Skills Required:

• 9-15 years of experience in software engineering, digital product engineering, or solution architecture.
• Generative AI solution design and delivery in production environments.
• Agentic AI and LLM-based system architecture, including orchestration and end-to-end workflow design.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector infrastructure understanding for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• LLMOps and evaluation frameworks mindset for reliable deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of LLM systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise architecture and customer-facing solutioning.
• Product engineering experience building digital products and reusable engineering assets.
• Digital product architecture and delivery experience across end-to-end product lifecycles.

Education: Relevant degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
