Description

You will design, shape, and deliver secure AWS solutions and programmable infrastructure. You own the release pipeline and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage secure, multi-account AWS environments using AWS Control Tower and Landing Zone Accelerator.
• Design organization-level network topologies including VPCs, Transit Gateway, S2S VPN, and Direct Connect.
• Deploy and manage microservices using AWS ECS and EKS, including Fargate Pods and Kubernetes resource configuration.
• Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Configure logging and monitoring stacks such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or DataDog for containerized applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on technical expertise in AWS architecture and consulting.
• Deep experience with AWS core services: EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, ElastiCache Redis, MemoryDB Redis, VPC, IAM, DNS, and ELB.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including EKS, Fargate, and managing persistent storage.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• Strong networking skills involving VPC peering, Transit Gateway, and on-prem connectivity.
• Ability to implement Service Control Policies (SCPs), Guardrails, and AWS Organizations OU structures.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell for infrastructure automation.
• Experience securing web applications using AWS WAF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API design principles, versioning, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and handling PII data within AWS infrastructure.
• Experience planning migration roadmaps from on-prem or other IaaS providers to AWS.
