Key Skills: System Architecture, System Design, Backend Development, Distributed Systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve architecture for scalable, reliable consumer-facing products and backend platforms.
• Lead system design for high-throughput services, integrations and large-scale internet applications.
• Guide product development from portfolio planning and technical discovery through delivery and re-architecture.
• Review and shape implementation across backend services, databases, processing platforms and queues.
• Resolve complex technical challenges involving concurrency, performance, reliability and operational scale.

Skills Required:

• 9+ years of experience in software product development, backend engineering and architecture.
• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Java or Go and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience defining system architecture and system designs for large-scale products.
• Experience building highly scalable systems handling multi-million sessions or transactions per day.
• Expertise in concurrency, multithreading, performance-oriented programming and backend service design.
• Experience with large-scale relational and NoSQL database systems, processing platforms and queues.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing and operating distributed systems and highly reliable internet products.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
