Description

You will design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for production-scale projects, moving beyond proof-of-concept stages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain existing ML models to improve solution performance and accuracy.
• Generate actionable insights from large-scale datasets using statistical modeling and predictive analysis.
• Communicate technical analysis results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to define requirements for new ML use cases and solution enhancements.
• Manage teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Expertise in ML algorithms including Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, Decision Trees, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Hands-on experience with Time Series forecasting using ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet.
• Proven track record of putting ML models into production and building scalable, high-performance ML systems.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.
• Knowledge of MLOps and post-production deployment strategies.
• Prior experience in the Retail or CPG domain.
