Description

You will provide legal counsel and manage matters within a legal practice.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on complex matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements.
• Work directly with clients to develop legal strategies.
• Support litigation activities.

Required Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience with construction and/or engineering law.
• Strong knowledge of California law.
• Proven ability to conduct high-quality legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
