Description

You will serve as an Associate Attorney providing legal counsel and managing complex family law cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research to support client cases.
• Manage and represent clients in court hearings.
• Participate in settlement negotiations for family law matters.
• Collaborate with the legal team to deliver legal services.

Required Skills

• Proven knowledge and expertise in Law, with a special emphasis on family law and complex litigation.
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law as it pertains to family law cases.
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and performing in-depth Research.
• Experience with Negotiation, including settling disputes and mediating family legal matters.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
