Description

You will provide legal counsel and manage complex family law cases for clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on family law matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.
• Collaborate with the legal team to deliver services.

Required Skills

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• Proven expertise in Law, with a special emphasis on family law and complex litigation.
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law as it pertains to family law cases.
• Strong skills in providing legal advice and performing legal research.
• Experience with negotiation, including settling disputes and mediating family legal matters.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
