Drive B2B sales and manage client relationships within the recruitment and IT services sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B sales strategies to expand the client base.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Maintain and nurture long-term client partnerships.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 3.5 years of experience in Business Development.
• Proven background working within a recruitment, staffing firm, or IT services company.
• Direct experience in B2B sales.
• Experience handling client onboarding procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
