Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate banking needs into functional requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for banking products and services.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend system or process enhancements.
• Support system configuration, data mapping, and preparation of functional specifications.
• Assist in testing activities, including UAT and regression, to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Utilize SQL and scripting to validate data, reports, and system outputs.

Required Skills

• 2-3+ years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Understanding of core banking operations, deposit products, and transaction processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to document business requirements clearly.
