Description

You will provide 24x7x365 monitoring for server, network, database, and application availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure availability and perform triage on alerts from monitoring tools.
• Raise and manage tickets within an ITIL-based tool following customer requests via call or email.
• Execute first-level troubleshooting and standard pre-defined procedures to resolve common issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to the next level and manage tickets according to defined SLA standards.
• Coordinate with service providers regarding WAN link issues and follow up with vendors on hardware or product-related problems.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience monitoring infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Cisco security, Cisco networking, and Microsoft solutions.
• Understanding of datacenter infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with US-based clients.
• Ability to work in a 24x7x365 shift environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote infrastructure management.
• ITIL certification.
• Exposure to SD-WAN, Windows, or Rubrik.
