Description

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and support projects for SAP Concur solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and business requirements to design hosted solutions aligned with client needs.
• Build, configure, and test applications to meet specific business process requirements.
• Manage design and development sessions to define technical functionalities and integration architectures.
• Determine technical scope, design interfaces, and lead client IT through the integration process.
• Provide hypercare support post-go-live and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with SAP Concur.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementation and configuration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Concur T&E systems and integration points.
• Experience working with middleware associated with Concur solutions.
• Proficiency in building reports using the Cognos reporting tool.
• Ability to perform unit testing based on business process requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Concur Travel, Requests, Concur Detect, Invoice Configuration, and Concur Listed apps.
