Description

You will manage data conversion processes and maintain electronic databases within the product repository.

Responsibilities

• Perform data conversion tasks, including organizing, updating, and maintaining electronic databases.
• Process coded data to ensure adherence to internal tagging, requirement specifications, and company standards.
• Review and analyze data provided by vendors, amending data through tagging based on customer requests while maintaining business requirements.
• Document workflows, develop project checklists, and publish documentation to SharePoint.
• Extract and edit graphics such as JPG and GIF files.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Perl for basic scripting.
• Knowledge of XSLT stylesheets.
• Strong understanding of SGML, XML, and HTML data structures.
• Ability to read and interpret Document Type Definitions (DTD).
• Experience writing macros in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Ultraedit to automate routine tasks.
• Understanding of database publishing requirements.
• 0-1 year of related work experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
