Lead creative workstreams and oversee design deliverables across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review creative workstreams throughout all project phases.
• Create and oversee design deliverables including comps, style guides, branding, briefs, graphics, and layouts.
• Contribute to architecture-focused deliverables such as information architecture, taxonomy, and content structures.
• Direct and coordinate with offshore resources to ensure project delivery.
• Set objectives and lead work efforts that impact business results within your functional area.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• Expertise in design principles, visual design, UI design, typography, and color theory.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and other professional design tools.
• Experience with UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
• Proven track record in digital, web, and mobile design within an enterprise environment.
• Experience designing specifically for mobile layouts.
• Ability to articulate technical feasibility and communicate effectively with developers to transfer designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with offshore team coordination.
• Background in enterprise-level digital product design.
