Description

Lead creative workstreams and oversee the production of design deliverables for assigned projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review creative workstreams through all project phases.
• Create and review design deliverables including comps, style guides, branding, creative briefs, graphics, and layouts.
• Contribute to architecture-focused deliverables such as information architecture, taxonomy, and content structures.
• Oversee the direction and coordination of offshore resources for project deliverables.
• Manage project delivery to meet specific business objectives within functional areas.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing people and teams.
• Expertise in visual design, UI design principles, layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theories.
• Knowledge of UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
• Experience with digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to design with mobile layouts in mind.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to articulate technical feasibility and communicate design specifications to technical developers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expert capability in design principles and solutions.
