Description

You will manage insurance claim processing and coordination of benefits tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance claims and execute processing according to standard operating procedures.
• Calculate patient responsibility using Coordination of Benefit (COB) methodologies.
• Navigate multiple client applications to capture and document necessary claim information.
• Review and apply process documentation provided by the customer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with COB (Coordination of Benefit) calculations.
• Ability to navigate and use multiple client-specific software applications.
• Experience processing insurance claims within a structured SOP environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
