Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities that support revenue growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and marketing datasets to identify patterns for revenue growth and customer attrition reduction.
• Conduct pricing, product, propensity to purchase, customer segmentation, and revenue forecast analyses.
• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to track sales and marketing KPIs.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests from stakeholders for data, reports, and one-off analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience.
• 1-3 years of data and analytics experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and complex charts.
• Ability to structure data sources and enhance data access.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with R.
