Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for production-oriented business applications.
• Develop AI agents capable of task decomposition, reasoning, tool use, and controlled decision-making.
• Evaluate agent responses, workflow reliability, accuracy, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Integrate agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable AI capabilities.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing or developing Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI agents.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning patterns.
• Experience developing scalable and reliable AI workflows suitable for enterprise environments.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve agent behavior across accuracy, safety, latency, and consistency dimensions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Machine Learning concepts, models, and applied data science workflows.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
