Job Description:
We are looking for an Associate Data Scientist (AWS) to design and implement machine learning models and data analytics solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data preprocessing, model development, and cloud integration to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Processing – Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets
Model Development – Build and optimize machine learning models for business applications
AWS Cloud Integration – Deploy models and implement data pipelines using AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Lambda)
Collaboration & Communication – Work with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver insights
Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on data science trends and enhance process efficiency

Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with AWS AI & Data Analytics
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Glue)
Proficiency in SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Spark for data manipulation
Experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Good-to-Have Skills:
➕ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus
➕ AWS AI or Machine Learning Certification (AWS Certified AI Practitioner / Machine Learning Engineer)

Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT or related field
