Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate prompts for agentic AI workflows, then run evaluations to validate quality, safety, and containment performance.
• Monitor live agent performance using dashboards and analytics; diagnose issues in conversation flows and implement improvements.
• Support deployment readiness through testing, documentation, and optimization for production voice AI systems.
• Integrate AI agent workflows with enterprise systems and operational processes to move from demo/POC to production.
• Deliver continuous improvement cycles (test, learn, ship) with clear written updates, change notes, and delivery documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of AI and AI-native problem-solving approaches for conversational workflows.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML and Agentic AI delivery within production-style environments.
• Strong evaluation and analytics mindset to measure outcomes and continuously improve AI agent behavior.
• Experience with prompting strategies, testing methodologies, and deployment discipline for reliable AI performance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced AI product environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Prompt Engineering.
• Exposure to Multi-modal Prompting and AI interaction design.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, voice AI systems, and AI operations workflows.

Education: Master's degree or B.Tech in Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
