You will own the delivery and operational excellence of AI product solutions, focusing on agentic AI workflows and production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and evaluate prompts for agentic AI workflows to ensure quality, safety, and containment.
• Monitor live agent performance via dashboards, diagnose conversation flow issues, and implement fixes.
• Support deployment readiness by testing, documenting, and optimizing production voice AI systems.
• Integrate AI agent workflows with enterprise systems to transition from POC to production.
• Drive continuous improvement cycles with clear written updates, change notes, and delivery documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Agentic AI delivery within production environments.
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and multi-modal prompting strategies.
• Proven ability to evaluate AI agent behavior using analytics and structured testing methodologies.
• Experience deploying and optimizing conversational or voice AI systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing system issues.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a focus on delivery discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI interaction design and AI operations workflows.
• Background in Computer Engineering or related technical field.
