Description

Lead the development and strategic growth of Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) offerings. Define the company's role within the SDV landscape by analyzing industry trends and providing thought leadership. Collaborate with customers to identify requirements and translate them for technical teams. Mentor development teams and monitor progress during the SDV offering rollout. Support sales teams in positioning and selling SDV capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and development plans for SDV offerings.
• Analyze automotive industry trends to establish market positioning.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Mentor teams and oversee progress throughout the SDV rollout.
• Partner with sales to articulate and sell SDV capabilities to clients.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• Domain expertise in Digital Cockpit, Connected Vehicles, or ADAS.
• Proven experience in Program or Project management.
• Strong customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR and standard AUTOSAR.
• Experience in embedded software development for the Automotive domain.
• Proficiency with Vector and dSPACE tools.
• Experience working with cloud partners such as AWS or Microsoft.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with connected vehicle domain technologies.
