Responsibilities

• Direct creative strategy and deliverables across digital channels, ensuring quality and technical feasibility.
• Oversee discovery activities including experience strategy, design workshops, copywriting, and art direction.
• Manage and mentor XD team members through career coaching and professional development.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with tactical execution.
• Contribute to business development through solutioning, scoping, and creative concepting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a creative professional focused on design, user experience, and storytelling.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Proven experience mentoring and managing project teams and direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in estimating, pitching, planning, and staffing work.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
• Ability to overlap 2-4 working hours with North American time zones daily.
• Working knowledge of information security measures, including malware protection and data privacy standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs.
• Consulting or agency experience.
