Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluate scalable solution architectures that meet enterprise needs across Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and AI domains.
- Analyze current architectures to identify gaps and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure seamless integration and compliance while championing governance practices.
- Monitor industry and technology trends to shape architecture roadmaps and guide adoption of emerging capabilities like GenAI and self-service analytics.
- Align solution architecture with business strategy and advocate for user-centric design principles while managing technical debt with remediation strategies.
- Evaluate the financial impact of architectural alternatives to ensure cost-effective, value-driven solutions for the organization.
- Lead agile delivery of reusable technology products that support long-term architectural vision and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
- Promote DevSecOps, platform automation, and modern engineering practices to enhance delivery and operational excellence across teams.
- Build strong networks across business and IT while actively contributing to communities of practice and architectural forums.
Experience Required: 10+ years of experience spanning IT disciplines including solution architecture, systems integration, and end-to-end system design across data, application, and platform layers. Strong understanding of IT, solution & data architecture principles, data platforms, business process management and enterprise technology reuse.
Education: Bachelor's degree concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
