Lead DevSecOps and cloud engineering initiatives, driving architectural innovation and security automation across enterprise-scale AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-account AWS structures using Control Tower and Organizations, enforcing standards via Infrastructure as Code and policy frameworks.
• Design secure CI/CD pipelines supporting blue-green and canary deployments with comprehensive artifact management and vulnerability scanning.
• Implement security-by-default architectures, integrating secrets management and automated remediation strategies.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Leverage AI tools for AIOps observability, enabling anomaly detection and automated incident response.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in DevSecOps or Cloud Engineering with 5+ years designing enterprise AWS solutions in production.
• Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible for infrastructure automation and container orchestration.
• Proficient in Python for building automation tooling and scripting complex workflows.
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, security automation, and cloud architecture principles.
• Solid understanding of observability platforms and SRE methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, or Security Specialty certifications.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial) including GxP, HIPAA, or SOC 2 compliance.
