Lead growth strategy and deal execution for the government healthcare market, owning end-to-end RFP processes and driving demand generation aligned with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute deal strategies for large, complex government healthcare contracts.
• Own the end-to-end RFP process, including structuring, writing, and managing high-quality responses.
• Identify gaps between RFP requirements and existing product capabilities, collaborating with SMEs to define solutions.
• Manage internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prepare pitch decks, demos, and technical assets.
• Drive demand generation plans aligned with business growth goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience at a major consulting firm or technology solutions company.
• 10+ years of professional writing experience specifically focused on US Government Healthcare RFPs.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Public Health sectors.
• Proven experience in RFP capture, review, management, and strategy.
• Strong proficiency in creating and presenting slide presentations and position papers.
• Ability to provide guidance for solution design by working with product and data experts.
• Advanced project management skills to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software and technology sales.
• Experience with analytics and financial modeling.
