Description

Lead global IT procurement for equipment, software, and services, managing end-to-end sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and company objectives to drive strategic sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, including document verification and portal training.
• Execute sourcing strategies by drafting RFQ and RFP documents for assigned departments.
• Handle purchase requests and PO management to ensure timely, accurate releases.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, track renewals, and maintain procurement records for compliance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in global indirect procurement within IT/ITES or large-scale organizations.
• Deep expertise in IT, Administration, Manpower Services, and Professional Services categories.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders across IT, Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and reverse auction platforms.
• Ability to draft, review, and execute commercial contract clauses and procurement SOPs.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle using dedicated management platforms.
• Experience handling RFPs involving both commercial and technical weightage.
• Background in managing internal and external audits.

• Experience interacting with international vendors and managing global deliveries.
• Ability to drive supplier diversity goals and sustainable procurement practices.
