Lead field medical strategy and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons to drive medical communication and operational excellence in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field medical strategies aligned with Clinical Research Physicians and Business Unit priorities.
• Manage, coach, and develop Medical Science Liaisons through regular field visits and talent development programs.
• Ensure team compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Global Medical Policies, and the Medical Quality System.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Health Outcomes teams, to communicate objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and business planning, including budget and FTE resource management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in medical affairs or life sciences.
• Proven experience in business planning and resource management.
• Strong networking capabilities to engage with external scientific experts.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in people management and direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of medical omnichannel engagement and field implementation.
• Ability to manage compliance, audits, and quality investigations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in therapeutic area strategy development.
• Background in voice of the customer analysis and communication.
