You will lead marketing and communication operations to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the residential real estate sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive branding and advertising initiatives through analysis of geographic, demographic, and psychographic target segments.
• Develop strategies for new project offerings, product pricing, and delivery in collaboration with the CEO.
• Manage the marketing calendar and lead initiatives to drive residential sales and revenue.
• Establish department SOPs and frameworks for sales forecasting, pricing, discounts, and customer feedback.
• Negotiate with advertising agencies and service providers to drive cost savings and manage external stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 20-25 years of experience in marketing, including 10+ years in a senior leadership role within real estate.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing and brand development.
• Strong capability in market analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple media channels and external stakeholder relationships.
• In-depth understanding of the Indian real estate market and consumer behavior.
• Experience in budget development and adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
