Description

Lead infrastructure operations and security strategy to ensure system reliability and compliance. You will own the release pipeline, manage on-call support, and drive automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure operations, including patching, maintenance, and high availability through redundancy and backups.
• Manage on-call support and emergency response to maintain 24x7 system reliability.
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives to advance IT maturation.
• Establish security programs aligned with industry frameworks and compliance standards.
• Monitor performance indicators, resolve escalated technical issues, and develop reports on staffing and resource alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and security management.
