You will lead quantitative analysis to drive integrated business performance across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
Build data models and drive quantitative analyses reflecting an integrated view of the business across Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and others.
Design analytical models leveraging enterprise systems like Salesforce to provide proprietary insights on growth and customer behavior.
Apply big-data methods, including network analytics and NLP, to disparate data sources to build predictive models for customer and business value.
Design and ensure data dashboards are in place to democratize data across the company.
Drive improvement initiatives jointly with leaders across Operations, HR, and Finance.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience leading strategy and analytics teams (product or market analytics).
Proven ability to design and execute a strategy roadmap across functions.
Strong analytical, computing, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of statistical software or programming languages such as R, Stata, or Python.
Experience working with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, HR, and Finance functions.
Ability to translate deep analytical exploration into strategic conversations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
