Description

Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement reusable UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across enterprise-scale applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and integrate APIs.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and robust UI solutions.
• Drive UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in front-end or UI development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS and building component libraries or design systems.
• Proven track record of architecting scalable UI workflows and enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency with GIT and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading development teams within Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile responsiveness.
• Ability to participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
