Description

You will own the electrical engineering design for a diverse portfolio of domestic and global building services projects. You will coordinate detailed design, manage technical resources, and drive project delivery from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated detailed design drawings, electronic models, technical specifications, and written reports.
• Manage the workload of Project Discipline Engineers and Technicians, including quality verification of their outputs.
• Develop concept and preliminary engineering solutions for detailed design phases.
• Coordinate with utility companies and obtain necessary electrical permit approvals from Plan Check.
• Mentor junior Electrical Engineers and keep senior staff informed of critical design decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design within the building services and construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit for modeling and design.
• Experience with computational analysis tools for electrical fault analysis and lighting design.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience preparing technical reports and presenting solutions to C-suite level stakeholders.
• Ability to manage personal and team workloads to meet strict client deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• LEED AP accreditation.
• Sector experience in Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, or Stadiums.
