Associate Engagement Manager

You will lead life sciences projects across R&D, clinical, supply chain, and digital transformation workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across clinical, quality, regulatory, and automation domains.
• Act as a Life Sciences Subject Matter Expert to define long-term client visions and strategies.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and deliverables.
• Optimize deal pricing and contribute to revenue-generating activities and sales closures.
• Coach junior consultants on core consulting skills and subject matter expertise.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in management consulting or relevant life sciences roles.
• Deep expertise in Protocol Designing, Clinical Data Management, or Trial Master File (TMF).
• Practical knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Analytics.
• Ability to decode complex business challenges through analytical problem-solving.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority demands with urgency.
• Strong understanding of life sciences industry trends and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA from a top-tier business school.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including FDA, EMA, and MHRA.
• Experience with industry standards such as ISO, IMDRF, or PIC/s.
