Description

You will provide technical support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and local network connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PC hardware and install drivers, SMPS, fans, and BIOS components.
• Install, repair, and maintain Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.
• Configure LAN, install networking devices, assign IP addresses, and perform cable crimping.
• Set up wireless connectivity, computer sharing, and printer sharing.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform remote support, and train end users on new software or IT regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop and hardware support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware components including SMPS and fans.
• Experience configuring LAN and managing network connectivity.
• Ability to perform cable crimping and hardware maintenance.
• Experience working within a Domain Network environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
