Description

You will own desktop, network, and identity administration for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and administer desktops and laptops, managing IT assets and providing user support.
• Administer Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Investigate and resolve network, TCP/IP, and communication issues, including firewall and VPN configuration.
• Manage ADDS, DHCP, DNS, MDT, and RADIUS servers.
• Handle identity and access management via Microsoft Entra ID and monitor security incidents in MS Sentinel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP networking and system administration.
• Experience with Active Directory (ADDS), DHCP, and DNS.
• Strong background in desktop support and asset management.
• Knowledge of MDT for deployment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and MS Sentinel.
• Administrative experience with Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Any Graduate degree.
