Description

Support human factors and usability engineering through technical, administrative, and lab-based tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create study stimuli, including carton labeling, delivery device labeling, and user instructional materials.
• Coordinate the shipment and timely delivery of materials to study sites.
• Perform data verification and manage the disposition, disposal, or archiving of used and new materials.
• Maintain the Human Factors lab, including all support materials and technology.
• Liaise with New Product Introduction (NPI), packaging, labeling, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting research activities, including planning, coordinating materials, and archiving.
• Proficiency with C-Docs.
• Hands-on experience in lab organization, inventory management, shipping, and ordering.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and data verification.
• Human Factors or Human Factors Engineering support experience.
• New Product Rollout support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree, OR Associate degree with 4 years of experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
