Description

You will support the introduction of automated visual inspection equipment within a clinical manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare glass vial defect kits manually following established protocols for system testing and manufacturing network support.
• Run tests on prototype equipment and provide written reports on test data and system performance.
• Execute qualification studies and assist with the setup of new manufacturing equipment.
• Follow SOPs diligently for repetitive tasks and technical processes.
• Support additional technology development projects as required.

Required Skills

• Experience with sample preparation and bench work, including pipetting.
• Practical experience in a manufacturing environment, such as a factory or production line.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and strict SOPs.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and written reports.
• Background in a regulated industry.
• Bachelor degree, or Associate degree with 4 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience qualifying pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Degree in engineering or a physical science.
• Experience with automated visual inspection (AVI) or implementing new factory lines.
