Associate Functional Consultant

You will act as a functional expert for Oracle EBS HRMMS implementations and support projects, including long-term onsite assignments in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle HRMMS application modules.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Oracle Payroll, and Absence Management modules.
• Support Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management processes.
• Handle Self-Service HR (SSHR) and related functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HRMMS modules, specifically Core HR and Oracle Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Absence Management and SSHR.
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Learning Management, and Talent Management modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fast Formula and Oracle Workflow.
• Ability to perform PL/SQL coding.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Interfaces.
• Experience with XML/RDF Reports.
