Description

Perform platform-level software validation for automotive chipsets, owning test architecture, specifications, and execution for MCAL device drivers and safety libraries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation and definition phases for automotive software components.
• Develop test architecture, specifications, and scripts for MCAL device drivers or safety libraries.
• Validate device drivers for communication and signal generation, including ETH, I2C, PCIe, CAN, SPI, and UART.
• Execute software validation for safety software in independent or RTOS environments on automotive microcontrollers.
• Develop test strategies and institutionalize validation methods across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software validation or embedded testing.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with Python and Perl scripting for automation and tooling.
• Knowledge of Embedded Software and Embedded Testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Autosar standards and RTOS environments.
• Understanding of communication protocols: I2C, PCIe, SPI, UART, and Ethernet.
• Experience with RTL Design and System Verilog.
