Description

You will design and develop enterprise applications using Java EE and Spring within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java EE and object-oriented analysis and design principles.
• Implement REST Web Services and integrate with relational databases.
• Apply common design patterns to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Work within Unix/Linux environments using scripting languages.
• Collaborate with remote teams to meet customer commitments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically Postgres, and SQL.
• Experience with ORM technologies like Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience building REST Web Services.
• Experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to MQ / AMQ messaging systems.
