Description

You will manage network operations and provide technical support for customers and staff in Mineral, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical requests from customers, employees, and contractors.
• Communicate technical updates and status changes to stakeholders early and frequently.
• Collaborate with the team to implement solutions that meet group objectives.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software application issues.
• Translate technical concepts into practical benefits for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or support role.
• Proven experience in a helpline or customer service environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Networking and LAN-WAN.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows 10.
• Experience with iOS.
