Description

You will lead solution design and delivery by coordinating with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver solutions across the project delivery lifecycle while liaising with global teams.
• Contribute to target architecture definitions and identify opportunities for simplification.
• Translate customer journeys into technical designs and decompose monolithic solutions to reduce technical debt.
• Participate in architecture forums to communicate solution strategies through documentation and presentations.
• Produce written and verbal knowledge transfer documentation to transition solutions to BAU ownership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in senior Solution Architecture roles.
• Experience with event-based architectures and service-based patterns utilizing APIs.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Experience working in hybrid environments involving on-prem and multiple cloud service providers.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with coding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in architectural transformation programmes.
• Ability to apply regulatory compliance knowledge to reduce organizational risk.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the Financial Services sector.
