Description

You will lead SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll implementations with a focus on Ireland-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations of SF Employee Central Payroll.
• Configure and manage Ireland-specific payroll schemes, PCRs, and country-specific features.
• Manage third-party integrations for time and payroll vendors.
• Oversee the integration between SF Employee Central and SAP ECC.
• Work directly with clients to deliver technical solutions independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SF EC.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end Ireland EC Payroll implementations.
• Expert knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll Time Management Schemas and PCRs.
• Deep understanding of Ireland payroll processing and country-specific features.
• Experience with third-party time and payroll vendor integrations.
• Proven ability to manage SF Employee Central to SAP ECC integration.
• Ability to work at client sites and travel as required.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts.
