Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll implementations, focusing on Ireland-specific requirements and technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations of SF Employee Central Payroll.
• Configure Ireland-specific payroll schemes, PCRs, and country-specific features.
• Manage third-party integrations for time and payroll vendors.
• Oversee integration between SF Employee Central and SAP ECC.
• Deliver technical solutions independently to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SF EC.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Ireland EC Payroll implementations.
• Expert knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll Time Management Schemas and PCRs.
• Deep understanding of Ireland payroll processing and country-specific features.
• Experience with third-party time and payroll vendor integrations.
• Proven ability to manage SF Employee Central to SAP ECC integration.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts and travel to client sites.
