Description

Lead the technical and architectural vision for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Define and align technical and architectural visions for program solutions in collaboration with system architects.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle Cloud environments to meet client requirements and document application setup.
• Identify design gaps and develop solutions to ensure seamless cross-module integration and delivery.
• Manage and coach consulting teams, providing feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management solutions.
• 5+ years of direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and HCM Analytics.
• Deep understanding of HCM Cloud functional and technical data flows, transactions, and integrations.
• Experience with Taleo Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, or non-Oracle system integrations.
• Proficiency in reporting using BIP and OTBI.
• Knowledge of security models, including Job, Function, Data security, and Areas of Responsibility.
• Understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration frameworks, including OIC, OCI, and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification.
• Project management and planning experience.
