Description

Lead technical delivery and development for Oracle E-Business Suite environments, managing a team and driving project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver business results through development, coaching, and mentoring of direct reports.
• Customize and extend Oracle E-Business Suite using OA Framework (OA|F) technology.
• Develop detailed project plans and accurate estimates for build, testing, and implementation phases.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications through engagement with functional teams.
• Act as a technical expert to troubleshoot application issues and ensure quick turnaround on solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12/Fusion and Oracle Application EBS.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL tuning.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OA|F) including BC4J, JSP, AM, VO, and CO.
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Hands-on experience with REST Service Development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Experience using JDeveloper for OA|F development.
• Understanding of Oracle Application Object Library (AOL).
• Knowledge of Order Management, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Inventory modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in stakeholder management for both internal and external project requirements.
