Description

Lead SAP S/4 EHSM implementations and manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define project scope.
• Prepare and secure sign-off on project blueprints.
• Develop Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS).
• Manage core modules including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Audit Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and associates to drive implementation success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Proven track record of 3-4 full-cycle implementation projects in SAP S/4 EHSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 EHSM Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 EHSM Risk Assessment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 EHSM Audit Management.
• Expertise in Environment Management and Sustainability modules within S/4.
• Proficiency in Blueprint sign-off processes.
• Ability to produce FS/TS documentation.
• Strong domain knowledge to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ABAP.
• Experience with Sustainability modules.
