Description

Lead SAP S/4 EHSM implementations and manage end-to-end project lifecycles. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive delivery across core EHS modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions to define project scope and secure blueprint sign-off.
• Develop Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS) for SAP S/4 EHSM.
• Manage core modules including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Audit Management.
• Drive implementation success by collaborating with cross-functional teams and associates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• 3-4 full-cycle implementation projects in SAP S/4 EHSM.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4 EHSM Incident Management.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4 EHSM Risk Assessment.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4 EHSM Audit Management.
• Proficiency in Environment Management and Sustainability modules within S/4.
• Strong ability to produce FS/TS documentation and manage blueprint sign-off processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ABAP.
• Experience with Sustainability modules.
