Description

You will manage the operation, maintenance, and performance of SCCM systems.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Administer SCCM server performance and ensure system availability.
• Design and maintain system tools, scripts, and automation processes.
• Monitor capacity planning and manage system health.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents for technical solutions.
• Report and escalate system incidents, outages, or security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Expertise in SCCM administration and management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and WQL.
• Experience managing SQL Databases.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
